Generally we pack your order and deliver ahead of the stated timeframes below.

  • Regular Shipping allow 3- 6 business days
  • Express Shipping allow 1-3 days depending on your location.

If we run into delivery hold ups we will email you asking if you would prefer part delivery of order, or other solutions in the unusual case of a late delivery.
Returns and Exchanges

Here are the simplified Ts and Cs:

  • You can get an exchange or a refund within 30 days of purchase on full price Suncheeter products, excluding shipping costs.
  • Items that are exchanged or refunded must be unworn in their original condition with the tags attached.
  • We do not offer refunds on products marked ON-SALE as these in clearance mode.
  • If a product is marked down temporarily in a promotion, exchanges can be made.
  • If you require an EXCHANGE, let us know via email, and  place a new order for the size or style you want, pay for this and pay your shipping costs. A new order will be sent in the usual process.
  • Send us back the original incorrect garment. Once received, we will check it is unworn and refund the amount you paid for the returned garment (excluding shipping costs).
