We believe in the quality and fit of our swimwear, and undertake rigorous quality control and fit testing to ensure you are 100% happy.

Since 2012 we have not had one faulty garment returned.

But in the world of online shopping, we understand, sometimes it just doesn't work. If you're not satisfied with your Suncheeter, you can return your unworn item to us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange of size, or full refund.

Please note the only exception is SALE products, which we do not exchange or refund.

It's OK to try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don't actually wear it out. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we may have to send it back to you (and ask you to cover the delivery costs).

All items are inspected on return. In order to receive a full refund, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition you received them with their original tags and labels.

We don't refund original shipping costs and you are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to us, however in the case of an exchange, we cover the shipping costs of sending the exchanged item out to you.
