Exchange and refunds
With years of experience and ensuring we fit test our product on real size 14 women, we believe in our fits, and understand the importance of garments fitting the mature body perfectly.
Through years of developing and running Suncheeter Australia, our returns and faulty garment rate is very low by industry standards, which of course we are enormously proud of.
However, in the world of online shopping, not being able to try on can sometimes create the need for returns and exchanges, and occasionally refunds.
Rest assured if you're not satisfied with your purchase, or if there is a fault with the garment, we’d love to hear from you. Please drop us an email at info@suncheeter.com.au
Here are the simplified Ts and Cs:
- You can get an exchange or a refund within 30 days of purchase on full price Suncheeter products, excluding shipping costs.
- Items that are exchanged or refunded must be unworn in their original condition with the tags attached.
- We do not offer refunds on products marked ON-SALE as these in clearance mode.
- If a product is marked down temporarily in a promotion, exchanges can be made.
- If you require an EXCHANGE, let us know via email, and place a new order for the size or style you want, pay for this and pay your shipping costs. A new order will be sent in the usual process.
- Send us back the original incorrect garment. Once received, we will check it is unworn and refund the amount you paid for the returned garment (excluding shipping costs).
