Exchange and refunds

Information regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. 

Full price products: You have up to 30 days to return for a refund or exchange.

ON Sale products: You have up to 30 days to exchange product, but we do not offer refunds.

Clearance products: Clearance is final with no exchange or refunds.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, all products must be in original condition and unworn with tags still attached. 

Refund/ Exchange Process

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please follow these guidelines:

Return the product via Australia Post. You are responsible for the postage cost.

Tell us why:

Email us on info@suncheeter.com.au, advising us:

 - Your name

 - Your order number

 - Reason for return/ exchange

For an exchange, place a new order for the product you want. Once we receive your order we will despatch immediately.

Once we have reviewed the return products, we will refund the original amount you paid for the product assuming return/exchange conditions have been met.
