Online Shopping - Exchange and refunds
We believe in the quality and fit of our swimwear, and undertake rigorous quality control and fit testing to ensure you are 100% happy, so much so that since 2012 we have had ZERO faulty garments returned.
RETURNS
In the world of online shopping, not being able to try on can sometimes create the need for returns. If you're not satisfied with your full price Suncheeter, you can return your unworn item to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund. (Note: we don't refund shipping costs).
The only exception is product marked SALE or that has been MARKED DOWN, which we do not exchange or refund.
When you return a garment to us it must be unworn and in the same condition you received them with their original tags and labels on the garments. If not, we cannot offer a refund.
EXCHANGE
If you need to change your product, we recommend returning the incorrect item for a refund and then placing a new order for the correct item.
In order to receive a refund all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition as you received them with their original tags and labels.
