Q. How does your product overcome swimsuit anxiety?

We understand that finding a garment that fits well and flatters your body is hard, especially when your body shape has changed after having children and as you mature.

But we also know, through research undertaken, that FIT is the single most important factor for women when shopping for clothing and especially swimwear.

Our garments are designed to fit well, covering tummies, bums, thighs and arms - which we know are the areas on a woman's body that can cause the most anxiety.

We focus on creating a neat fit around the arms and bust but softening the fit around the torso, either with ruching, or offering an A line fit. Our garments are also long enough to cover bum and thighs if desired. The Rash Top is adjustable in length.

The deep V with functioning zip that is on both our swimdresses and rash tops means you can lower the zip for a more open look, that cuts into the shelf effect of a big bust, or can zip up to the neck for maximum sun protection.

Couple these with our high waist, tummy controlling swim leggings which compress and hold the body firm, and you have a comfortable, secure feeling to hit the beach again.

Q: Sizing Information:

Our swimwear products are designed to fit well, and tend to be on the generous side. We have sizing charts for each product, but if you are unsure, we are here to help. Don't hesitate to reach out on our email info@suncheeter.com.au, and we will assist within 24 hours, usually much quicker.

Q. Can I swim in my Suncheeter swimwear products?

Yes you can. Our swimdress and rash tops as well as our swim leggings are designed to be swum in, in pools and the ocean. The fabric won't stretch or lose shape when wet, and the colours won't fade or change and as it is a performance fabric, it resists the effects of chlorine and salt.

Q. Can I wear my swim leggings to the gym?

You absolutely can, our garments are designed to be worn "sweat to splash", which means you can wear them on the beach and when swimming, but equally you can pop them on for super comfort at the gym, yoga, bike riding, hiking, running or just going to the shops. You can wear them just like any other leggings making the cost per use much lower.

Q. Where do you make your products?

We proudly make our product in Australia.

Q. Do you have basic colours that you re-stock?

We certainly do - colours such as navy and black we repeat so we almost always have stock.

Q. Is your fabric sustainable?

Our fabric is made from econyl which is made from retrieved nylon fishing nets and other industrial products. It is recycled and spun into the soft handle fabric and is combined with long life elastane which is designed to perform for longer and ensures your Suncheeter garment stands the test of time.

Q. How do I look after my Suncheeter?

Suncheeter products are designed to last, but to ensure it is kept in its best state, we advise to do the following:

  • Rinse your Suncheeter product out after use in cool fresh water.
  • Gentle machine wash in cool or cold water.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Line dry in the shade.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Ironing is not necessary, but if you do need to iron, use a cool iron. An over warm iron will leave a mark and damage the fabric.
  • Do not store when damp or wet.

Q. Does your swimwear protect me from the sun?

It does!

Suncheeter swimwear offers UVP50+ sun protection, which is equivalent to SPF50+ suncream, or 98% sun protection.

This benefit is created through the weave of the fabric and the design of the style. I wear mine when I am in the sun for prolonged periods protecting me from sunburn. It is lot less sticky and messy that sunscreen!

Q. Can I return my garment if it doesn't look right or doesn't fit?

Of course, as stated on our returns page, you can return or exchange unworn garments up to 30 days after buying.

Tags must be intact and the garments unworn. This excludes products in the SALE category, and items we have permanently marked down.

In twelve years of being in business we have not had one garment back due to poor workmanship or faults. We pride ourselves on stringent quality control.

If you want a refund simply sed the garment back to us and we will refund when we receive it.

If you require an exchange, let us know via email. Send us back the original garment and re-order the new style you want.

Once the original is back with us, and we have checked it out to ensure it has not been worn, we will refund the cost.
